CHICKEN NACHOS WITH NATURAL RANCHITAS

Cook the chicken with garlic, sauce and water until it is semi soupy. On a plate serve ranchitas with chicken on top and melted cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Season to taste
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 envelopes of ketchup sauce
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of mozzarella or cheddar cheese to melt
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1 cup of tomato in pieces
  • 2 tablespoons coriander
  • 2 tablespoons minced golden bacon
  • 1 family bag of Ranchitas Naturales

Preparation:

  • Place the oil in a pan and sauté the chicken. As the chicken is cooking season with the salt and pepper.
  • Add the minced garlic, the ketchup sauce and the water.
  • Cook gently until the chicken is semi soupy.
  • Place the natural ranchitas on a plate then a portion of chicken on top.
  • Add the cheese on top and put it in a microwave to melt the cheese. Remove and add the jalapeño, cilantro, tomato and bacon on top.
