Pops Panelas with Yummi Pops Popcorn Sea Salt

Yummi Pops

Easy

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup of water
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup corn syrup
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup of water
1 ½ cups of Yummi Nuts Peanut with Salt
1 pinch of salt

PROCESS

Melt the panela, to do this place some water in a pot to heat and pour the panela into pieces.
Cook over a very low heat and move from time to time. (The idea is to make a liquid caramel, but out of panela).
Add panela syrup little by little in the pots with Yummi Pops Popcorn sea salt, stir until soaked with caramel.
Rest for an hour or so so that the paper syrup cools down and enjoy the balls of Yummi Pops Popcorn with panela.
