INGREDIENTS

1 portion of dough prepared for tortillas according to package instructions
1 cheese, crumbled or cut into pieces
Crushed Zambos Chicharrón Del Rancho
Cabbage and sauce for serving

PROCESS

Divide the dough into balls and flatten them with your hand like you are going to make an omelette.
Stuffed with cheese and Zambos Chicharrón Del Rancho. Cover with more dough and close the pupusas well so that the filling does not come out.
Heat a griddle or skillet and brown the pupusas over medium heat until the dough is fully cooked.
Serve with cooked cabbage and red sauce.
