INGREDIENTS

2 avocados at their peak
Juice of one lemon
2 boiled eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
1 bag of YUMMIES TOSTONES

PROCESS

Place the avocado in a bowl and mash them with the tines of a fork.
The eggs, once the shells are removed, are also chopped and added to the avocado.
Season with salt, pepper, coriander and lemon juice.
Mix all the ingredients perfectly well and refrigerate to be served later with the tostones.
