INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups chopped tomato
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag of YUMMIES TOSTONES

PROCESS

  • In a bowl mix the tomato, onion, cilantro, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Stir well all the ingredients and then keep refrigerated to serve with the tostones.
