INGREDIENTS

1 pound of liquefied beans
½ pound of grated quesillo
1 bag of Chicharrón del Rancho chopped
Optional cream butter
1 bag of YUMMIES TOSTONES

PROCESS

In a pot we put the beans and add the quesillo to mix and melt it at the same time.
Once the quesillo and beans are well mixed we add the chicharrones and mix them again.
Once they are ready we transfer them to an anafre to serve with the tostones adding a dot of butter if desired.
