INGREDIENTS

1 large wheat tortilla
2 tablespoons of beans turned
2 tablespoons of avocado cut into cubes
2 tablespoons of chorizo
3 tablespoons of crushed Zambos with Chicharrón del Rancho.

PROCESS

Spread the beans on the tortilla. Follow with the avocado, then add the chorizo and finish with the Zambos. Roll up and enjoy.
