Ceviche with Yummi Pops Nacho Jalapeño Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • Ingredients for the ceviche:
  • 1 pound of precooked shrimp, tail removed
  • 1 cup of diced tomato
  • 1 cup of diced red onion
  • ½ cup of chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 2 or 3 squeezed lemons
  • ¼ cup of ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Ingredients for the spicy mayonnaise:
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce

PROCESS

  • Step 1: Cook the shrimp with lemon or water.
  • Step 2: Place the shrimp in a container. You can chop it, as desired.
  • Step 3: Add diced tomato, red onion, cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste over the shrimp. Finally, add more lemon juice or just ¼ cup of ketchup and mix.
  • Step 4: On a flat plate, place Yummi Pops Nacho Jalapeño Cream.
  • Step 5: Place the ceviche in the center of the plate and take a nacho, add a little ceviche on top. Then, enjoy the flavor of the Pop.
