Cucumber and Mango Salad with Zambos Tostones

INGREDIENTS

Main ingredients:
1 Tommy mango, peeled and chopped
2 cucumbers with peel, chopped
¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
¼ of red onion finely chopped
Zambos Tostones

Ingredients for dressing:
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon Tajín

PROCESS

Step 1: Peel and chop the mango and cucumber. Size to taste. Chop the cilantro and onion and mix in a recent bowl.
Step 2: In another bowl, pour vinegar, lime juice, olive oil, honey and tajin. Mix the dressing. Consistency is to taste.
Step 3: Pour the dressing on the salad.
Step 4: Place the Zambos Tostones on top of the salad and enjoy the Homestyle Cucumber and Mango Salad.
