INGREDIENTS

4 plastic cups
12 maria cookies crushed
2 red apples finely chopped
Cinnamon powder to taste
2 bags of Yummi Nuts Peanuts with Salt

PROCESS

Place the well-crushed biscuits in the base of the glass.
In a bowl, mix the apple with the mixed nuts and cinnamon.
Now add the apple mixture to the glass.
Place a spoonful of yogurt on top and our Healthy Snack glass is ready.
