INGREDIENTS

24 units of donkey’s milk
4 tablespoons of milk

PROCESS

In a water bath, place 4 tablespoons of milk and the 12 units of the sweet and leave in the heat for approximately 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and take to a blender and process until the sweet is completely crushed.
Remove and transfer to a skillet over medium heat with a wooden spoon, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
