INGREDIENTS

2 medium avocados
1/2 cup yellow onion finely chopped
1/2 cup cilantro finely chopped
2 boiled eggs, finely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup cream butter
Season to taste
1 family bag of Natural Ranchitas

PROCESS

Cut the avocado in half, then extract and with a spoon or fork, grind the avocado, until it is pureed and place in a bowl.
Add the onion, cilantro, egg, lemon juice and cream butter to the bowl with the avocado.
Mix all the ingredients well until a uniform mixture is formed.
Enjoy the Natural Ranchitas.
