OMELETTE WITH TAQUERITOS CHILE TOREADO

Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper to taste, cook the egg until set, add the cheese and the taqueritos and close the omelette.
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil divided
  • 1 tablespoon onion, minced Grated mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup of Taqueritos Chile Toreado

Preparation:

  • Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan and fry the onion over medium heat until transparent and add it to the egg.
  • In the same skillet add the other tablespoon of oil and raise the temperature to medium high heat. Add the egg and cook until set.
  • Flip it over with the help of a spatula or lid. Add the cheese and the taqueritos and close the omelette.
  • Reduce the heat to medium low and cook until the cheese is melted.
