INGREDIENTS

1 pound of diced cream cheese or quesillo.
1 cup of flour
2 beaten eggs
2 cups of crushed Taqueritos Chile Toreado
Oil for frying

PROCESS

Blend the taqueritos in a food processor.
Pass the cheese cubes through the flour, the egg and the crushed Taqueritos.
Heat the oil to fry each of the cubes or dices of cheese.
Remove them and remove the excess oil and enjoy.
