INGREDIENTS

2 cups chopped tomato
1 cup chopped red onion
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bag of YUMMIES TOSTONES

PROCESS

In a bowl mix the tomato, onion, cilantro, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Stir well all the ingredients and then keep refrigerated to serve with the tostones.
