INGREDIENTS

1 white onion in julienne
1 sweet chili in julianas
1 medium carrot in julienne
1 sliced jalapeno chile
1 ½ cup of vinegar
1 tablespoon ketchup sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 family bag Zambos Salsa Verde

PROCESS

Place all the ingredients in a bowl, then mix it and let it rest. (Estimated time of rest 24 hrs).
Serve with Zambos Salsa Verde
