Mini Meatballs with Fusion Cheese Taqueritos

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup chopped sweet chili
  • 1 cup carrot, chopped
  • Season to taste
  • 1 to 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs, beat
  • 2 cups shredded Fusion Cheese Taqueritos
  • Oil for frying

PROCESS

  • In a blender, place the onion, chili, carrot and water. Blend and then mix with the ground meat. Season to taste and let stand.
  • Make the mini meatballs and go through the flour, the egg and the Taqueritos
  • These can be crushed in a processor or bag by hand.
  • Heat the oil and once it is ready, fry the meatballs.
  • Serve with a little ranch sauce.
