Peanut Tablets with Yummi Nuts Peanut with Salt

Yummi Nuts

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup of water
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup corn syrup
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup of water
1 ½ cups of Yummi Nuts Peanut with Salt
1 pinch of salt

PROCESS

Line a tray with greased parchment paper.
Prepare a caramel. In a saucepan over the fire, add the water, the sugar and the corn syrup.
Boil the mixture over high heat.
Check for amber color, then remove from heat and add the baking soda, butter and vanilla. (Stir)
Add the Yummi Nuts with Salt and stir a few times.
Place the mixture on the tray.
Sprinkle with salt and let everything cool down to room temperature.
