INGREDIENTS

Ingredients for the dough:

2 and a half cups of flour
1 sachet of instant yeast
1 spoon of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup of hot water
1 ½ cup of Ranchitas Nacho Cheese crushed

For the pizza:

Ketchup
Cheese mix for pizza
Peperonni
Salt and pepper

PROCESS

With a hand mixer, mix a cup of flour with the rest of the ingredients. When mixed, slowly add the flour until it forms a gritty texture.
Finish kneading by hand without over kneading.
Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Then divide the dough in two, add the Ranchitas, flatten and place on a pizza sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add tomato sauce and bake 8 minutes at 475 F.
Remove from the oven, add the rest of the toppings and bake another 8 minutes.
