INGREDIENTS

2 pounds mozzarella cheese
1 cup flour
3 beaten eggs
1 bag of crushed cappy toreado
Oil for frying quantity needed

PROCESS

Cut the mozzarella cheese into sticks.
Then dip them in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the cappy toreados.
Heat the oil to 180 degrees Celsius.
Remove after frying and dry them on paper towels.
