Zambos Salsa Verde Prepared with Chismol

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound of pear tomato
  • ½ pound of purple onion
  • 1 mallet de cilantro
  • 2 spoonfuls of salt and pepper
  • 2 sachets of 400 gr. de mayonnaise
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 white onion
  • ½ mallet de cilantro
  • 1 spoonful of salt
  • ½ spoonful of pepper
  • 1 bag of Zambos Salsa Verde

PROCESS

  • Chop the tomato, onion and cilantro.
  • Mix in a bowl and season with the salt and pepper
  • For the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, water, onion, lemon juice, cilantro, salt and pepper in a blender. Process until you have a homogeneous sauce.
  • Serve the chismol and sauce with Zambos Salsa Verde.
