INGREDIENTS

1 bag of Zambos
2 cups of grated cabbage
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
1 sofrito criollo
1/2 cup of mayonnaise

PROCESS

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a homogenous mix is achieved.
Place a portion of Zambos on a plate and cover with salad.
