Brownies with Japanese peanuts Yummi Nuts

Yummi Nuts

Easy

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ sticks margarine
7 ounces of semi-bitter chocolate chips
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
1 ½ cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup crushed Japanese peanuts

PROCESS

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix both types of chocolate chips and melt them in a double boiler over low heat.
Remove from heat and add the sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir well and add one egg at a time.
Add the flour little by little and finally the peanuts.
Place in a baking pan lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted and comes out clean.
Let cool completely before cutting.
