Mini Meatballs with Fusion Cheese Taqueritos

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds ground beef
1 cup diced onion
1 cup chopped sweet chili
1 cup carrot, chopped
Season to taste
1 to 2 cups of water
1 cup of flour
2 eggs, beat
2 cups shredded Fusion Cheese Taqueritos
Oil for frying

PROCESS

In a blender, place the onion, chili, carrot and water. Blend and then mix with the ground meat. Season to taste and let stand.
Make the mini meatballs and go through the flour, the egg and the Taqueritos
These can be crushed in a processor or bag by hand.
Heat the oil and once it is ready, fry the meatballs.
Serve with a little ranch sauce.
