INGREDIENTS

1 panela cheese
flour
1 beaten egg
1 cup of Ranchitas Nacho Cheese crushed
Vegetable oil

PROCESS

Heat plenty of oil in a saucepan or deep fryer. Cover the cheese with flour, then with the beaten egg and finally with Ranchitas. Fry it in the oil for a few minutes. Remove it from the oil and let it drain on a plate on butler paper.
