INGREDIENTS

1 package of surimi or imitation crab sticks.
¼ cup of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of Sriracha or hot sauce.
½ teaspoon of fresh ginger
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
Plantain Chips

PROCESS

Step 1: Cut the surimi into small strips. Place it in a bowl.
Step 2: In another bowl, pour the mayonnaise, hot sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Whisk until desired consistency is achieved.
Step 3: Mix the surimi strips with the sauce.
Step 4: Place the surimi strips with sauce on each plantain chip and enjoy the homemade-style flavor.
