INGREDIENTS
1 pound of pear tomato
½ pound of purple onion
1 mallet de cilantro
2 spoonfuls of salt and pepper
2 sachets of 400 gr. de mayonnaise
Juice of one lemon
1 cup of water
1 white onion
½ mallet de cilantro
1 spoonful of salt
½ spoonful of pepper
1 bag of
Zambos Salsa Verde
PROCESS
Chop the tomato, onion and cilantro.
Mix in a bowl and season with the salt and pepper
For the sauce, combine the mayonnaise, water, onion, lemon juice, cilantro, salt and pepper in a blender. Process until you have a homogeneous sauce.
Serve the chismol and sauce with
Zambos Salsa Verde
