INGREDIENTS
Ingredients to assemble the Zambos®:
1 bag of Chicharrón del Rancho® pork rinds
2 cups of chopped cabbage
Ingredients for the chismol:
Tomato
Green sweet chile
Cilantro
Lemon
Salt
Ingredients for the dressing:
¼ cup of miltomato
2 tablespoons green chili peppers, julienned
2 tablespoons julienned onion
1 clove garlic
1 jalapeño, julienned
4 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon bouillon
½ cup cream
½ cup mayonnaise
PROCESS
Place all the vegetables in a pot with a little water and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat, drain and place in a blender. Add salt, bouillon, cream and mayonnaise.
Blend until you have a homogeneous mixture. If it is too thick, add a little water.
